Unbreakable Fitness Tour
Check this video of Adam Glass's Unbreakable Gym in North Dakota
I'm truly blown away by the amount of grip training gear Adam has here.
I'd be like a kid in a toy shop with all this. Not to mention some tendonitis.
Nice one Adam

Card Tearing
Card Tearing
Tearing a deck of cards in half requires substantial hand and thumb strength, to hold very tightly onto the deck whilst tearing simultaneously.
My tip for attempting this feat would be to practice tearing paper initially. For example take 10-20 sheets of A4 and tear them, then put the 2 halves together and form a straight edge with the 2 parts then tear again and so on till you can't get through it. This is superb for warming up the hands and also a good challenge for the grip. Also, pinch gripping weight plates is a good thumb strengthener also.
Be careful to listen to your body and not wreck your thumbs as they take a long time to heal

Fat Bar Training For Grip
Fat Bar Training For Grip
I recently turned a 2" Fat dumbbell into an even fatter dummbell with 2 plastic sleeves. This dummbell is now 2 3/8" diameter and very similar in size to the 'Inch Dumbbell'. The weight is 70kg.
This was my first time in trying and was a real challenge. The next move will be to stand up completely with it and eventually clean it!!! Now that would be out of this world and an 'amazing grip of steel'
