Grip and Rip Adam T Glass and Brad Nelson

Adam T Glass and Brad Nelson held a very special work shop last year called Grip n' Rip, this year Grip n Rip got a whole lot better with the introduction of biofeedback training. Check this out, it's unmissable

I just got done watching some VERY interesting training videos by
my friend Adam T. Glass that show you exactly how to do this...

You can get a peek at them here...
www.grip-rip.com

In the videos Adam goes over a new breakthrough that
he's been working on for the past 8 months called
The Bio Feedback Method...

Basically, depending on how your unique biology
and physiology is each day your body will react
better to some exercises than others...

And by doing the RIGHT exercises for your body
each workout you'll be able to get 2-3X the results
you're seeing now...

Adam himself just told me the other day that
several of the guys he is coaching with this method
have put on 30 lbs of lean muscle in just 4 months!

If that doesn't wake you up, I dont know what will...
30 lbs of muscle in 4 months is flat out impressive!

Here's the link again for the video... I highly recommend
watching this. He does some freaky demonstrations
in the video...

Ordered my copy as soon as it came out how about you Rob? I also picked up my 56kg bell today. That thing must have a 2" handle on it! Haven't worked with it but I plan on it soon, even if it's just for swings. Thinking about calling it my "Ketan" bell after a little Indian guy in the office that weighs about 51kg.

Not yet mate, looks like I missed the first batch. 56kg kettlebell sounds great, you're getting into the realms of the big bells (nice one) Since I started using heavy wells with nearly 2 inch handles my grip improved massively and I becam a lot more interested in grp training. I'm sure you'll get a great benefit from your 56. Great name for the bell, but you could have saved a couple 100$ by using Ketan's belt in the office :)
Cheers Rob
