Let's go for a walk

One of the greatest exercises for grip strength and grip endurance is the farmers walk!
Grab hold of some heavy dumbbell's and set of walking, you'll soon now about is as your forearms feel like they're on fire. Not only is this good for developing grip strength, but it's also an excellent addition to you accumulation of GPP. Kettlebell's, sand bag's, suitcases, bricks you name it! They're all great ways of challenging your grip if it's hard to hold onto for a while and fairly awkward it's gonna develop your grip. Just look around and try as many things as you can.
